We secure the perimeter, lay heavy-duty polythene dropsheets inside the garage or shed to catch any dust, and suit up in full PPE.

Damping Down

Before moving anything, we spray the roof sheets with a specialized surfactant mixture to suppress and lock down any loose asbestos fibers.

Careful Dismantling

Screws and bolts are carefully cut or unscrewed. The sheets are lifted off whole — never smashed or thrown — to prevent breakages.

Legal Disposal

The sheets are double-wrapped in 1000-gauge polythene, sealed with hazard tape, and transported to a licensed hazardous waste facility.
