For surveys and standard removal work we are usually with you within 2–3 working days. For emergencies — asbestos found during active building work — we can often mobilise the same day. Call our sales line on 07798 984290 for anything urgent.
Absolutely. We will never charge you for an initial quote or survey recommendation. Once we've assessed your job we provide a written fixed-price quote — no surprises, no add-ons on the day.
For the survey, we do need access to the property, but you don't necessarily need to be present — a neighbour or agent can provide access. For the removal itself, we just need clear access and a point of contact.
We are based in Surrey and cover the whole county, plus South and South-West London, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and Berkshire. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, just call us — we travel further than you might expect.
A standard garage roof removal is usually completed within half a day to a full day. Larger or more complex jobs may take 2–3 days. We'll give you a clear timeline when we quote. Clearance certificates are issued same day where possible.
Yes. All licensed removal work is completed with a 4-stage air clearance inspection by an independent UKAS-accredited analyst. You receive a full clearance certificate plus all waste disposal documentation — everything you need for your records or to show a building inspector.
